We have spent the last few months putting in place covid-19 compliant work practices to ensure your safety;

We have changed some of our procedures to ensure we keep guests and staff safe and well whilst staying with us. Whilst there are some new processes and procedures that may be unfamiliar, and some elements may take slightly longer than usual due to our COVID Secure protocols, but rest assured our usual high standards of friendliness and cleanliness will ensure you continue to enjoy the Great Outdoors with us.

Due to covid-19 and to limit the amount of interaction between you and our team,  We aim to provide a contact less arrival and departure process wherever it is possible.

We ask all customers not to come to Trwyn yr Wylfa if you or a member of your household have had symptoms a few days leading up to your booking. We highly recommend you take you own travel insurance to cover any loss of holiday.

Lock down- If the country goes back into lock down, all bookings due to arrive in that period will be transferred to another preferred date or credit noted to use at a later date no refunds of booking fee are given as agreed in our T&C.

Once you are pitched

Once you are pitched you may need to hook to the electric box and collect your water before and  after using please sanitise your hands. Various places are available to sanitise your hand but we do recommend you have your own.

Social distancing must be practiced on the site. This means no close interaction between people in your unit with people in other units always keep to Government guidelines. Keeping to government no more than 1 household to meet outside keeping to the 2 meter social distancing.

Using Site Facilities

Most, if not all of our common areas will be open with social distancing measures in place. Sorry fridges/freezers and electric charging locker will remain closed at present unless guidelines change.  Outdoor sinks will be available.

Please keep to social distancing guidelines at all times.

You must sanitise your hands on various areas on site i.e before and after using toilets, water point and Electric hook up points, Elsan disposal point.

We ask that you accompany your children at all times to the facility block to ensure they can keep social distancing. Please be patient at busy times.

If you have your own toilets and washing area we do suggest that this is obviously the safest option and will help us avoid queuing. We also suggest washing teeth within your own unit disposing correctly in the elsan gray waste disposal. To avoid queuing we kindly ask you to use a washing bowl to wash dishes wherever possible. Please remember all chemical loo content and gray water used for washing etc must be disposed of correctly using either of the chemical disposals located by the toilet blocks, Under no circumstances are these to be disposed of on our pitches or bins.

Please sanitise your hands, before and after using the chemical disposal point and clean up after yourselves, please use sanitising gel again after using the chemical disposal point. If you use disposable gloves please dispose them correctly and safely in the allocated bins.

As you would expect we've increased the rigour and frequency of cleaning and sanitising products, and enhanced the regularity of disinfecting surfaces across all common areas. The toilet block will be closed twice a day to allow a deep clean to take place. There will also be 4 supplementary clean ups though out the day times will be displayed in facility block.

If the facility has reached its capacity level of 2 people within the toilets, there will be a need to queue externally. For your safety we suggest wearing face mask in communal areas. The majority of our Toilets/ showers are self-contained individual units therefore please queue accordingly until the room becomes available. Please observe the floor markings, which will indicate the appropriate social distancing requirements.

Please observe the floor marking signs, which will indicate the appropriate social distancing requirements. Do not enter any narrow area unless it is clear you can pass to your destination.

Our other common facilities toilet blocks and waste disposal areas will be limited to use by one family group at any one time to meet social distancing requirements.

Please observe the cones, which will indicate the appropriate social distancing requirements.
