  • Terms and conditions - Once you have made a booking at Trwyn yr Wylfa Caravan & camping Site you have entered a contract with ourselves in which you understand and agree to the following T&c, on behalf of yourself and the other people in your party and have agreed to T&C stated below. Failure to comply with our terms and conditions could result in a booking refusal at check in or your removal from site.

  • QUIET time between 11:00pm and 7am- If you'd like to stay up talking outside, beyond 11pm we would advise you consider staying somewhere else. Not adhering to our ‘quiet period’ will result in an instruction to leave the site

  • I/WE UNDERSTAND THAT THE SITE DOES NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS FOR MORE THAN 2 PITCHES ONLY ON THE WHOLE SITE THE SITE AIMS IS TO KEEP THE SITE A QUITE SITE FOR HIKERS, COUPLES AND FAMILIES TO ENJOY. WE HAVE A STRICT NO NOISE OR DRIVING POLICY WHICH ENFORCED ON SITE BETWEEN 23.00PM AND 07.00AM. IF STAFF AT TRWYN YR WYLFA DISCOVER THAT YOU ARE JOINING MORE THAN 1 OTHER  PITCH ON THE WHOLE SITE WE WILL ASK YOU ALL TO LEAVE AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

  • I /WE AGREE BY CONFIRMING BOOKING I UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A NON REFUNABLE BOOKING FEE. THE BALANCE FOR MY/OUR HOLIDAY IS DUE 7 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL TO SITE IF PAYMENT ISN'T MADE WITHIN THE 7 DAYS I/WE UNDERSTAND THAT THE HOLIDAY WILL BE CANCELLED. IF YOU BOOKED WITHIN 4 WEEKS OF YOUR HOLIDAY FULL PAYMENT WILL BE DUE ON BOOKING.  ALL BOOKED DATES MUST BE PAID FOR NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN IF YOU DECIDE TO CUT SHORT YOUR HOLIDAY FOR ANY REASON OR DUE TO CHANGE IN WEATHER CONDITIONS. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TAKE YOUR OWN CANCELLATION OR HOLIDAY INSURANCE TO COVER LOSS OF HOLIDAY OR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR EQUIPMENT.

  •  I /We understand the site do not take RVs, 5th wheel vehicles or converted lorries. I/We understand that for Tag axle motor homes we must call the office to check availability

  • I / We understand that if we book a campervan pitch we are confirming it is a a Camper van  a Vw, T type or Mazda Bongo equivalent size as I understand that if I was to come in a larger campervan the pitch would not be suitable. If you are not sure which pitch to book regarding camper van /motor home please call the office on 01492650672.

  • I/ we understand that arrivals are between 1pm & 7.30pm .Please note we do not have a holding area for early arrivals.

  • I/we confirm that the pitch is to be vacated by 11am on day of departure.

  • I/we understand No unlawful drugs to be used on site.

  • I/we agreed to  no noise or driving between 11.00pm & 07.00 am . 

  • Sorry No day visitors allowed on a site. 

  • I/we  understand that road rules apply. I/ we understand that any drink drivers will be prosecuted by the police. I/ We will adhere to all speed limits of 5 MPH on site.

  • I/we agree no Music on site and will  keep my/our music personal using headphones.

  • I / we agree that if we have Children in our party we responsible for them and that they must be supervised at all times during our stay including in the facility block- No climbing walls, fences or buildings, entering farm buildings or neighbours land.

  • I /we agree that if we have a dog in our party that  our dog to be kept on short lead at all times. For hygiene reasons dogs must not be allowed to foul any part of the camping site, please use dog walking area and bins provided to dispose of dog foul. Dogs must not be left unattended. Allowing your dog to bark uncontrollably during day or night will not be permitted. We reserve the right to ask the owner to remove their dog, from the site if it is a nuisance or danger to other guests.

  •  I/ We confirm that we agree not to have firepits/campfires on site and that BBQs are permitted, but must be raised off grass. All ashes are to be disposed in the hot ash bin.

  • I/we agree that the proprietors will not be held responsible for loss of life, personal injury, loss or damage to client’s property whilst staying at Trwyn yr Wylfa Camping Site.

  • I /We understand that Trwyn yr Wylfa reserve the right to refuse acceptance or to terminate the visit of any person whose conduct is detrimental to Trwyn yr Wylfa Camping Site or to other visitors.

  • I/ We understand that Charging of electrical vehicles are forbidden on site and that the nearest charging point is Shell Garage, Conwy Rd, Glan Conwy LL28 5LE

  • I/ we agree to use the Guest wifi on site sensibly and understand  it is not suitable for downloading it is for browsing only. Due to the beautiful rural location of our site, there may be occasions where the signal/connection is in intermittent or simply unavailable. We are unable to guarantee the service and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.  

  • Data Protection :- Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computers to assist us with your booking and will not be shared be any third party.
